Im looking if anybody can help me, locate a personal trainer whose main focus is more on rugby/rugby league side of personal training.
Things like tackling, ball work and skills,fitness,confidence etc.
Sydney area.
Looked around on google and i found a ex souths player shannan mcpherson who does personal training and found 1-2 on the gumtree site.
Anyone have or have used personal trainers they can recommend?
