Site Drainage

I am considering getting some work done to help with the drainage in our house. We are half way down a slope, and in heavy rains, it pools next to our house on one side (we do have a pipe that runs down to the street, but not sure if it can 'keep up' with the about of water.. thus, the water seems to seep under the house, and leaks into a lower point of the house. Also, on the other side of the house we don't have any drainage, and it comes down into the garage the down the driveway.



Question is, should any general plumber be able to help out with this issue? Or would there be a specialty that would be better?
