If the rumours are true about Moeroa going through a lot of anguish because of his dream to make the 2016 Olympics Shot Put squad, then the following applies....
For this season, we really don't need Tepai in our NRL squad. Whenever he can he should continue training with our squad but let him go for his Olympic dream until he either makes the Olympic squad or not.
We have up to 12 years of Tepai at his best in front of him. Letting his body continue to develop with minimal smash and barge wear and tear all-the-better. This guy is a superstar in the making. Lets not use "neediness" to mess around with his head only to stress him out further which makes things worse.
Give him the full support to get shot put out of his system and once that is done he is free to focus fully just on NRL. If he makes it, the agreement should be ONLY for the 2016 Olympics and that's it. After that his only focus should be, outside of family and a pussy to marry, the Eels 110%.
