My son has been waiting on centerlink to pay him YA, he started uni in Feb and works part time.
Hasnt got a cent from then yet...they say there is a backlog of claims and he will be back paid when his application is processed. (He buggered his initial application - ignored where they wanted to know my income)
I can see the situation, a huge influx of school leaver applying at once....still I thought this would be handled better.
Anyone else have any experience here?
Is this a regular thing at the startof each year with all the school leavers?
