Every loss for the past 3 seasons where we haven't blamed the refs, the ball boy , the yellow jersey, concussion rule, scheduling.. Brad Arthur and Tim Mannah walk into a press conference and say some shit like 'We only have ourselves to blame' , 'We beat ourselves', 'We didn't give ourselves a chance'... what a friggin joke.
The worst part of the joke is , it's absolutely true. There has to be a belief among coaches that if you play Parra and just do the basics for the majority of the 80 mins they'll beat themselves. Unless you're unlucky and it's a full moon and Sandow has 1 of his 2 good games a season, you should win. The only teams we can compete against are teams off their game or who we drag down to our level.
Last week vs Brisbane , their game plan was completely no frills. no offloads, just cart the ball up and kick long. & we gave them 28 points! Here, have 28 points, why not.
What a lack of professionalism and leadership that this problem can't be corrected and when do individuals become accountable rather than being named to play again the following week? When is Joseph Paulo accountable for his first involvement in a game the last 15 consecutive games being a penalty or an error? When was the last time we didn't give away a penalty first defensive set? Fk this!:crazy::crazy::crazy:
